If you know the current password
To change a mailbox password without logging into the control panel, access the webmail menu at http://mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your real domain).
Once you have accessed this page, click the 'Change your POP3 password' link. You will be asked to enter the email address, old password, and new password to change the password.
If you are unable to get the webmail menu to load, your domain name propagation may not yet be completed. In this case, please wait at least 48 hours after you last made changes to your domain's DNS settings. If this amount of time has already passed, please contact support for assistance.
If you have forgotten the password
If you have forgotten the mailbox password, you must log into the control panel to set a new password. For more information see the link to the control panel manual in the Related Links section below.
